The integrated property listing is nearing completion. We are hoping for a release early next week. You will no longer need a separate module to list your property listings. Go right from lead to listing.

The property listing has a nice slimbox for front end presentation. You can get a nice demo of the front end at the demo site. The demo does not have the latest development version loaded, so the property details are not available, but they will be in the release and we will update the demo at that time as well.

In addition, if you already have a motivated seller and a foreclosure site, and you want a separate property listing site you can easily setup an additional site and use that back office tied into the same data to display your properties so you have a completely separate buyers property listing site for your buyers. You can even have a separate domain using the add-on domain feature.

We have a lot of activity going on surrounding our listings software and will be introducing some new, exciting and powerful tools for managing and marketing your properties in future releases.

In addition, this and the standard back office version 1.1.2 will likely be the last of the rapid development releases and we will move to a quarterly release for new updates. You can expect 4 updates a year with some possible minor updates in between beginning with release 1.2 of the Lite and Standard versions.
