Yes! Technical support is FREE via email, our knowledge base, and our ticketing system. You can also call us but phone in hours are limited.
Our customer support site is filled with video tutorials and guides. Help desk tickets and email are usually turned around the same business day with a maximum 24 hour SLA.
If you need to reach us by phone, support is available, but the help desk and email is our primary method of support and have a guaranteed SLA.
Website Hosting Support
Help associated with your account hosting. Items such as email, email forwarders, add-on domains, and anything else related to your site hosting account.
Software Support
We fully support and maintain the software we create. This includes accessing your site and software at your request when needed.
Website Support
Administration - Your website content, pages, menus, menu items, and modules are all editable and adding additional menu items, menus, articles, pages, modules, software components and templates is easily done through the administrator. In addition, there are other configuration items available in the administrator.
Customization - Customization are those items that cannot be performed through the website administrator. There is very little that cannot be done through the administrator
- It is important to understand the difference between administration and customization (see above).
- We fully support our websites and provide instruction and help through our helpdesk, our knowledge base, our tutorials and call ins. You are free to customize the sites as you wish. However, we do not customize websites as part of our free support option. As you can understand, customization of a website is subject to personal preferences and involves a lot of back and forth with a developer. As with almost ALL hosting providers that also provide websites or website builders, we cannot offer customization as part of our standard free support service. However,at times we will perform minor customizations as a courtesy.
- We do not perform administration of your websites as part of our standard service. We fully support you through our helpdesk, ticketing system, knowledge base, tutorials and telephone, but we do not directly administer your websites as a standard part of support. On occasion, we will perform minor administrative functions as a courtesy, however, all of these items are easily done through the administrator interface and we will be happy to walk our customers though anything they need to do if they need additional help, or have trouble with our videos and tutorials or the instructions are not clear.
